@rovikapaprika started as an Instagram account as a tool to keep myself accountable with my health and to keep track of food that makes me feel good physically and mentally. I have always loved vegetables and fruits, and I started only eating chicken, turkey, and seafood for animal meat during my junior year of high school. After moving out of the dorms into the apartments, I started creating recipes of whatever was in my pantry and fridge, keeping my college budget and my family’s health history in mind. Now, my goal is to share my recipes on this website because self-care and health and wellness are IMPORTANT!
